Blogging for Profit – 2 Reasons You Won’t Make A Dime
Do you have big dreams of blogging for profit? Well, I’m here to let you know that this can be accomplished. All it takes is the desire, a bit of elbow grease and the ability to follow some instructions.
Contrary to popular belief, very few people reap the profits they want from their blog. Most people who set about to earn money with a blog do not succeed for two reasons.
Reason #1 Having unreasonable expectations of how fast your readership will grow and how much money you will make. When these expectations are not met, the letdown oppresses the desire to continue following your dream of having a profitable blog and you give up to quickly.
OR
Reason #2 Simply, the lack of planning. If you want to turn a profit as a blogger, the key to succeeding is to have a realistic plan and follow through with it.

Naturally, even if you are a super duper socialite or have a genuinely great idea for your a blog, success is not going to materialise in a week. Sorry
You will not make $100,000 next Thursday. Building up the kind of readership that blogging for profit requires takes time, and in reality it will probably take at least one to three months before you are able make money blogging. However, staying committed to your blogging project during this initial rough period will pay off in the long run.
Keep motivated, set goals for how often you will update your blog, know how many readers you want to attract, and then reward yourself with your favorite drink for sticking with your plan. Blogging for profit can be achieved, if you don’t make the above mistakes.
